The Petitioner challenges the interim order dated 12 July 2001 passed by the Labour Court, Pune and the orders passed in revision application on 25 February 2002 by the Industrial Court, Pune, in the Complaints pending before the Labour Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Complaints have now been disposed of and, therefore, the petition has become infructuous.
