Trupti p503-cas-454-18.doc judgment and order dated 26th June, 2008 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Khed, Pune.

The statement made in paragraph No. 6 of the Civil Application is that the applicant has arranged the amount of Rs. 15,000/- and he is ready to pay within a period of two weeks. 4.

The statement made by the applicant in paragraph No. 6 of the Civil Application is hereby accepted. The applicant is directed to pay the amount Rs. 15,000/- to the appellant/plaintiff on or before 5th May, 2018.
