The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the order dated 25th September 2017 passed by the Commissioner of the first respondent- Municipal Corporation and a copy of the communication dated 18th October 2017 issued by the Health Officer of the first respondent to M/s.Maheshwari Sales Corporation. 2.

In view of what is stated in both the documents, prayer clause (a), which is the only substantive prayer, does not survive. 3.

If what is set out in the amendment application filed by the petitioner gives any new cause of action, the petitioner can always file a fresh petition.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
