Learned APP on instructions, states that after investigation, the police have decided to file "C Summary Report" in the said case. Learned Counsel has tendered a report of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Khed Division, Pune dated 26th August, 2022. The same is taken on record.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the aforesaid Petition seeking quashing of the FIR, with the consent of the parties, does not survive.
