She submits that the Applicant's sentence was suspended for four weeks vide order dated 26.04.2016 subject to the condition that the Applicant would deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the Registry of the Appellate Court. Learned counsel for the

Learned counsel for the Respondent states that she has no objection, if the sentence of the Applicant is suspended till the next date. Accordingly, the Applicant's sentence is suspended.
