Mr. Gandhi for Respondent No.2 states that the Joint Civil Judge, Kalyan in order dated 15th December 2006 in Regular Civil Suit No. 419 of 2006 at paragraph no.12 has recorded that Respondent No.2 was ready and willing to give new connection to plaintiff in the suit who are petitioners here in subject to filing of required documents. Mr. Gandhi states that petitioner never filed the required documents. Mr. Gandhi also states that even the application has not been filed. Mr. Gandhi states even today if petitioner files an application and submits the necessary documents and pays all the necessary charges, Respondent No.2 will consider the application. In view of the statement made we dispose the petition. 2.

Petition disposed. No order as to costs.
