The Trial Court is requested to dispose of the said case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. If, for no fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the said period, the applicants are at liberty to file a fresh application for bail, which will be considered on its own merits. 3.

In view of the above order, Criminal Application No. 683 of 2015 for intervention also stands disposed of.
