This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.12 of 2022 registered at Indapur Police Station, Pune for the ofences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Ofences Act, 2012.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is willing to marry the prosecutrix. 6.

Even other wise it appears to be case of love afair. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.

A] Bail Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 12 of 2022 registered at Indapur Police Station, Pune for the ofences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Ofences Act, 2012 on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
