The petitioners have already moved an application to the Additional Chief Land and Survey Officer (Navi Mumbai International Airport), for extending rehabilitation benefits. The 1/2

904 TO 906. CWP 4831-19.DOC application tendered by the petitioners to the concerned authority needs to be disposed of in accordance with the policy prescribed in their behalf.

After hearing the respective Counsels appearing for the parties, we are of the view that ends of the justice would be met in directing Additional Chief Land and Survey Officer (Navi Mumbai International Airport), to decide the application tendered by the petitioners which has been tendered in response to the notice issued by the CIDCO as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks from today and accordingly directed.

No coercive steps be taken against the petitioners, till then.

In the event of issuance of any adverse order, the interim relief granted in the instant Petitions be continued for a period of two weeks from the date of such order. 5.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
