The application is moved for anticipatory bail as the applicant/accused apprehends arrest in C.R. No.25 of 2015 registered with the Alephata police station, Pune under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 8 and 12 of the the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is the case of the prosecutrix that she is studying in 12th standard Commerce and on 21.2.2015, when she was returning after giving her paper, the applicant/accused arrived there and he held her hand and asked her would she marry him. She asked him to leave her and he told her that he would come and trouble her again. Therefore, she informed this incident to her mother. Hence, the complaint was lodged.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the applicant/accused is 20 years old and he is ready to abide by all terms and conditions imposed by this Court if given protection. He does not have any criminal record.

The learned Prosecutor pointed out that the applicant has violated the conditions of attendance imposed by this Court while granting interim protection. He opposed the application.

Considering the contents in the FIR and the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant/accused, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed on the following terms and conditions: i) In the event of arrest, the applicant/accused shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount;

iii) The applicant shall not contact the girl or bother her in any manner by himself or through any other person; iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on 23rd June, 2015 and 30th June, 2015 between 10am to 11am.
