This is an application for modification of condition No.2 imposed upon the applicant by this Court by its Order dated 23.08.2013, thereby directing the applicants to furnish 2(two) sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each, or 4(four) sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to make up the bail amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, despite of modification of the condition in the Order dated 01.07.2017 by Order dated 23.08.2013, the applicant is unable to furnish 4 sureties of Rs.25,000/- to make up the bail amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, and therefore, Aarti Palkar 1/2

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more sureties to make up the bail amount of Rs.1,00,000/- qua him.
