Consequent to the order dated 24th January 2018, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has placed on record a report identifying the signatures of respondent Nos.1 to 7 on the Consent Terms. Further Mr.Damani, learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 7, has also appeared today.

Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered the Consent Terms dated 24th January 2018 by which it is stated that the dispute between the applicant and the respondent Nos.1 to 7 stands resolved. The Consent Terms are signed by Mr.Akshaykumar Jain, power of attorney holder of the applicant Smt.Gulab Jain, and are signed by respondent Nos.1 to 7. The Consent Terms are also initialed by the Counsel for the parties. There is no dispute on the signatures as appearing on the Consent Terms. The signatories to the Consent Terms are stated to be present in the Court and they are identified by their respective advocates. The Consent Terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. No costs.
