Learned Counsel orally prays for speaking to Minutes. Learned Counsel submits that in the order of this court dated 4 September 2017, though it is referred to only in the 3rd line of the order that the Applicant was permitted to amend the application by correcting the name, by way of typographical error the further part, namely, the name of Respondent Nos.4 to 7, is not appearing. As such learned Counsel prays for modification of the order to this effect.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel, the prayer for speaking to Minutes is allowed and the order of this court dated 4 September 2017 is modified and the same shall be read as "the Applicant was permitted to amend the application by correcting the name of Respondent Nos.4 to 7".
