It appears from the report submitted by the Senior Jailer, Taloja Central Jail that the applicant is involved in two crimes viz. Crime Nos.67 of 2015 and 196 of 2015. According to the report, in crime No.62 of 2015 the applicant has already undergone the punishment. As regard crime No.196 of 2015, according to the report, the applicant has been released on bail by the Sessions Court by order dated 3rd February 2022.
