The Petitioner's grievance is that Respondent nos. 1 to 3 are not taking further recovery proceedings inspite of repeated requests made pursuant to the Recovery Certificate dated 2nd July 2012 issued by the Labour Court, Thane (Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation). Therefore, there is no question of keeping the issue pending further. We are directing the concerned Respondents to take action immediately as early as possible and preferably to complete the action of recovery within a period of eight weeks.
