P.C.:- This is an Application for releasing the Applicant on cash bail for a period of eight weeks. The Applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount by an Order dated 16th January, 2018 in BA No. 13 of 2018 by this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, as the Applicant is behind the bars, it is very difficult for his family members to get solvent local sureties in the like amount and therefore, despite an Order of bail, the Applicant till date is 1/2

ssm 2 31-appp453.18.sxw languishing in jail.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Applicant is directed to be released on cash bail of Rs.50,000/- for the period of 10 weeks from today and during the said period the Applicant shall comply with the conditions imposed upon him by Order dated 16th January, 2018.
