1] The Petition restricts claim in the Petition with a grievance that the salaries of the police personnel in the Navi Mumbai, Police Commissionerate have not been paid. The Petitioner withdraws the Petition in so far as the other issues are concerned with liberty to raise the same in appropriate proceedings.

2] We have serious apprehension with regard to the tenability of PIL in service matters. However, the learned APP on instructions of Mr. Pradeep Mane, ACP - Traffic, Navi Mumbai, who is personally present in Court states that the salaries of all the police personnel have been paid and no dues are pending.
