In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the said application. Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this petition has not been heard on merits. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application No. 1453/2021. The same is also disposed of.
