Mr. Deshpande submitted that the Courts below have decreed the suit under Section 16(1)(g) and also under Section 16(1)(n) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999. Mr. Deshpande submitted that the parties are senior citizens. In view thereof, Registry is directed to fix Civil Revision Application for final hearing under the caption 'Senior Citizen & bonafide requirement'.
