He was convicted on 4th March 2015 by Additional Sessions Judge No. 3, Nashik for the offence punishable under section 353 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer R.I. for one year. Applicant be released on same bail as granted by Trial Court with fresh bond to be executed before Trial Court. Application is disposed of.
