By this petition, the Petitioner is challenging the chapter proceedings initiated under section 107 read with 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Mrs. Pai, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that the said proceedings were initiated by issuance of the notice dated 11th April 2016, the period of six months has already expired and therefore file is closed. In support of her statement, Mrs. Pai tendered report dated 15th March 2017 made by the Senior Inspector of Police, Bhoiwada Police Station, Mumbai. Report is taken on record. In view of the statement and report, grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
