Rane 2/2 sr.8 Friday, 11 th March, 2022 appellant no.5, who passed away on 18th February, 2017 and 12th October, 2015 respectively. Although, the respondents have been served, none appears for them. 2) That for the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in preferring the applications is condoned. In consequence, the orders abating the appeals, qua appellant no.1 and appellant no.5, are set aside. Both the applications are allowed and disposed of.

3) Consequential amendments shall be carried out within two weeks from today.

4) Appellants are permitted to correct the address of appellant no.4.
