The learned Counsel Mr. Nitin Gangal for Applicant submit that matter is settled out of the Court. He submit that parties have filed Consent Terms dated 30th January, 2017 before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No. B-92 of 2012. He placed on record photocopy of the same. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The learned Counsel for Applicant submit that in view of subsequent development, he received instructions to withdraw the

Yadav VG 2 503.Revn.171.14.odt. present Revision Application. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. The same is taken on record and marked as "X-1" for identification. Same is accepted.

Criminal Revision Application stand disposed of, as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
