Perused the Civil Application and also the order dated 1st April 2016. The petitioner was directed to comply with the order dated 29th April 2008 passed by the Small Causes Court in Interim Notice No. 6012 of 1999 in R. A. E. Suit No. 153 of 271 of 2000 within three weeks i.e. on or before 22nd April 2016. By the present application it is contended that the petitioner has been trying to arrange the funds and require a period of 6 weeks more to deposit the amount in compliance of the order dated 1st April 2016. This request is accordingly made to extend the Habeeb 1/2

21 caw 1058.16.odt time to comply with the order dated 1st April 2016 by further period of 6 weeks. Considering the facts mentioned in Civil Application, time to comply the order dated 1st April 2016 is extended by further period of 6 weeks from today.
