By the present application, the applicant seek modification of condition no.(ii) subject to which he is released on bail.

The order dated 20.04.2022 directed to release the applicant on bail subject to the following condition being imposed:- "The Applicants shall within the said period of two weeks furnish PR bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two sureties each to the like amount."

Mr. Mundargi, learned counsel for the applicant seek relaxation of condition no.(ii) to the limited extent of permitting one or more sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- instead of one or two sureties each as directed. Aarti Palkar

I find no legal impediment in relaxing the said condition by permitting the applicant to furnish one or more sureties to the like amount.

As a consequence, condition no.(ii) of the order dated 20.04.2022 is substituted by the following order:- (ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of two weeks furnish PR bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties to the like amount."
