The learned counsel for the applicant submits that sole applicant Mr. Isub @ Yusuf Shaikh Mahamad Mestry expired on 18.01.2015.

On 30.09.2015, the matter was adjourned by four weeks to enable the applicant to prefer application for bringing legal heirs on record. Same is not filed till date.

Hence, following order.

a) Civil Application no. 907 of 2010 stands abated.

b) Civil Application stands rejected as it is abated.
