1] By impugned Order dated 28th February 2018, the Trial Court had refused to grant interim relief in favour of the appellant in Notice of Motion No.680 of 2018 in L.C. Suit No.1101 of 2017.

2] The record indicates that, by an Order dated 17.4.2018 passed by this Court, parties are directed to maintain status-quo till next date of hearing of the Appeal. The said Order was thereafter extended from time to time. As the said Notice of Motion No.680 of 2018 is still pending for final adjudication before the Trial Court, it will be appropriate that, the Trial Court be directed to decide the said motion within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the present Order. Till the Trial Court decides the said motion, ad-interim relief granted by this Court by its Order dated 17.4.2018 shall remain in force.
