Office note shows that valuation of the present First Appeal is less than 10 lacs. Hence, in view of insertion of section 28-B of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, 1869, matter is required to be transferred to the concerned District Court. If appellant files private paper book and pay the cost to the respondent or their Advocate within four weeks from today, office is directed to take appropriate steps for transferring the matter to the concerned District Court, alongwith Civil Application No.1794 of 2010 (for stay), Civil Application No.3929 of 2013.
