Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Marriage Petition No. A-158 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband seeking dissolution of marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent is directed to be transferred from the Family Court at Kolhapur to the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Barshi.

(ii) The Learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Barshi shall hear the Marriage Petition No.A-158 of 2016 alongwith Hindu Marriage Petition No.174 of 2016 and shall dispose off both the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of this Order.

(iii) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the

kpd 2 / 2 28-MCA-164-2017.sxw Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division at Barshi on 10.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions/orders.

(iv) The Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Barshi shall not grant any adjournment to any party unless absolutely necessary. (v) The parties also undertake not to seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

(vi) All the contentions of the parties are kept open. (vii) All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this Order duly authenticated by the Personal Assistant of this Court. 2.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.164 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
