In furtherance of deliberations which took place on earlier occasion, the Petitioner and Respondent no.4 in whose custody as of today Master Ganesh Shirsagar aged about 21⁄2 years is, have tendered across the bar Minutes of Order dated 21st December 2022. The said Minutes of Order are duly signed by Petitioner and Respondent no.4. Their signatures have been identified by Advocate Suryaprakash Dube for Petitioner and Mr.Ajay Patil, APP. The said Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

It is to be noted here that at the request of this Court, Mr.Patil, learned APP assisted Respondent no.4 in drafting present Minutes of MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.12.27 13:33:13 +0530 Order. He has no personal interest in the present matter and with a

2 of 2 5.WP.2208.2022.doc view to assist this Court and as noted earlier at the request of this Court, he has helped Respondent no.4 in drafting present Minutes of Order. Respondent no.4 has stated that, she has understood the contents of the Minutes of Order which are in English language. She has no grievance or demur about her signing of the Minutes of Order. 3.

In view thereof, Order is accordingly passed in terms of Minutes of Order.

This Court expects that both the parties present before the Court i.e. Petitioner and Respondent no.4 will adhere to the terms and conditions of Minutes of order.

Petition is disposed off in terms of Minutes of Order dated 21st December 2022.
