Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

2.

By consent of the parties, heard finally at the stage of admission.

3.

This writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 11th April, 2014 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane in the Petition No. A-157 of 2012 giving access to the father on first, third and fifth Saturday in the Children Complex of the Court. 1 / 2

2-wp-4976-2014.doc 4.

Perused the writ Petition. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. There is no merit in the Petition. The learned counsel is not in a position to show what is the illegality and perversity in the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane. Under such circumstances, I am of the view that no interference is required in the order passed by the Family Court.

5.

Hence, dismissed.
