On last occasion though the petition is called out repeatedly none appeared for the petitioners. Similarly, today also none appeared for the petitioners.

The petitioners have questioned the FIR dated 06/01/2014 resulting in registration of the crime punishable u/s 354(A), 354(B), 376(2)(F) of IPC r/w. sections 4, 6, 8, 10 & 18 of POCSO Act. 3.

Since 2016 the petition is not pursued by the petitioners. Even today also none appeared for the petitioners. 4.

In view of above, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
