Heard Mr. Mandar Limaye, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Pramod Pawar, learned counsel for the respondent, at length.

This petition takes exception to the order dated 18.2.2013 passed by the learned District Judge-7, Pune in Revision Application No.36/2011. By that order, the learned District Judge allowed the Revision Petition filed by the respondent-tenant and directed the petitioner to restore the water supply of the respondent-tenant on or before 30.4.2013. The learned District Judge permitted the respondenttenant to get separate water connection to his premises from the Municipal Corporation, Pune as per rules without no objection from the 1 / 2

2 8.WP.6305-13 petitioner as per Section 29(7) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 (for short, 'Act').

Mr. Pawar, on instructions, states that in terms of clause (3) of the operative part of the impugned order, the respondent-tenant has obtained separate water connection to his premises from the Municipal Corporation, Pune.

In view thereof, the petition is rendered infructuous as the impugned order is implemented. The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Order accordingly.
