P.C.:- This is an Application for seeking further extension to furnish sureties.

By an Order dated 26th March, 2019 the period to furnish sureties was extended by one week, as a last chance. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, as a matter of fact, the documents of sureties were submitted in pursuance to the Order dated 6th October, 2018. However, the Trial Court after verification report, rejected the Application for accepting a particular 1/2

ssm 2 31-appp568.19.doc surety. He further submitted that, the Applicant has now furnished another surety and the process of verification of the same is in progress.

In view thereof, the period to furnish sureties in pursuance of Order dated 6th October, 2018 passed by this Court, is hereby extended by three weeks from today.
