The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Selection Committee as per Rule 6 of the Recruitment Rules, 2019 has been formed. The said committee shall take decision within six to eight weeks. In view of the submission, the applicant is directed to take decision within eight weeks in Contempt Petition No. 60 of 2020 in Writ Petition No. 11259 of 2013 and in Writ Petition No. 1717 of 2019. No further extension would be granted to the committee constituted. In default, to take decision within eight weeks, appropriate action would be taken in Contempt Petition.
