The learned counsel for the applicant states that notice of today's application is served to the Advocate for the respondent. He states that account details of the applicant have been already furnished to the Advocate for the respondent as well as to the respondent to enable the respondent to transfer the maintenance amount directly to the said account. We accept the said statement. He states that the order dated 3rd September 2015 passed in the Civil Application No.79 of 2012 continues to be in force till today.
