It is submitted that, Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not contesting Respondents, as the Respondent No.1 has now taken over the Suit property as landlord. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the Applicants and Respondent No.1 expressed consensus on certain points. This Court, therefore, suggested them to submit Minutes of the Order.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for the Applicants and Respondent No.1 jointly tendered across the bar Minutes of the Order dated 1/2

Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that, the parties herein have agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned in the said Minutes of the Order and will adhere to it scrupulously. Revision Application is accordingly disposed off, in terms of Minutes of the Order dated 22nd October, 2021. In view of disposal of the present Revision Application in terms of Minutes of the Order dated 22nd October, 2021, Mesne Profit Proceeding No. 748 of 2013 in Execution Application No.200389 of 2013 has become infructuous and is also disposed off.
