This is the second bail application.
However, after going through para 4 of the application, it appears that the liberty was given to the applicant to move the second bail application after one year. So also liberty was granted to apply for expeditious hearing. On query, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has not applied for expeditious hearing. Therefore, the applicant may apply for expeditious hearing first. 2.
Accordingly the application is disposed of.
