At the outset, Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet is fled on 30th March 2024.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Bail Application before the learned Trial Court was fled before the fling of the Charge-sheet and in view of said statement made by learned APP, he seeks withdrawal of the present Bail Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court as the Charge-sheet is fled. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
