Petitioner by this petition, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is seeking a direction, directing the Respondents to withdraw the impugned notice / advertisement / publication dated 27th September, 2013, inviting applications for distributorship of LPG Gas within the limits of Pimpri Chinchvad Municipal Corporation. We are informed by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 that a similar petition / PIL, challenging 1 / 2

WP. 5306-14 same advertisement, has already been disposed of, and this petition does not survive, in view of the order passed in the said PIL. Secondly, it is submitted that the process of allotment on the basis of the said advertisement is already over and this fact has already been mentioned in the judgment and order dated 18th March, 2015 passed in the said PIL No. 120 of 2014.

We have perused the said order. In view of the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the said PIL, this petition does not survive since it is consequently covered by the said order.
