Prayer in this Application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing charge-sheet for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 406 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Applicants are not relying upon any document which is not a part of the charge-sheet. Hence, appropriate remedy is available for the Applicants before the concerned Court of making an Application for discharge. By keeping open the said remedy, the Application is disposed of.
