In this petition, the Petitioners have challenged the order dated 13/04/2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-3, Kalyan, externing the Petitioner No.1 outside the area of Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation, for a period of six months. The record of this petition does not show that stay was granted to operation of the said order. The order was passed on 13/04/2022. The period of externment is already over. The petitioner has, therefore, become infructuous. The petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
