The Petitioners have already challenged the impugned order dated 13-02-2019 of the Recovery Officer before the DRT. 2.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. We, however, direct that physical possession of the Flat No.1104, 11th floor, Dhruva Building, Dhruva Tara CHS, Ashok Van, Dahisar (East), Mumbai, shall not be taken by the Receiver unless prior notice of two weeks is given to the Petitioners.
