This interim application is for restoring the petition that came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. Having considered the interim application, the Advocate is putting blame on the institution. According to the Advocate, he was under the impression that it is a standard practice followed by the Hon'ble Court of granting four weeks time to the party to cure the objections and generally a notice is sent on the registered email ID. In this case also more than four weeks have been given because in the impugned order it is stated that the petition was notified on 19th January 2024 and 22nd January 2024 for removal of office objections and until 1st March 2024 the Advocate and petitioner have failed to remove the office objections. 2/2 907.IA-8595-2024.doc Therefore, instead of putting the blame on the institution, the Advocate should have simply accepted that it was his lapse. Nevertheless we shall condone the lapse since the counsel for applicant states that within two weeks from today all office objections will be complied with. Therefore, petition is restored to file. If on or before 27th May 2024 all office objections are not removed/complied with, the petition will stand dismissed with no chance of it getting restored on any ground. Interim application disposed accordingly.
