Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. In view of the averments made in paragraph 9 of the application and in view of the fact that writ petition filed by the Applicant has been dismissed for non-prosecution due to failure of the Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee to appear, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ Petition shall be listed on 23rd September, 2015 in the caption of fresh matters.
