The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent No.1 by having recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The reason why recourse to the said provision is required to be taken is mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the Civil Application. Hence accepting the said reason, the above Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Applicants/Petitioners are allowed to publish a notice in two local news papers i.e. Daily Lokmat and Thane Vaibhav having circulation in Thane. The paper publication to indicate that the notice is made returnable on 10/8/2015. After the paper publication the Petitioners to file affidavit of service annexing the paper publication thereto. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
