By the impugned order, the Election Tribunal restrained the petitioner from functioning as elected candidate till the disposal of the writ petition. The period for which the petitioner appears to have been elected is from year 2002 to 2007. Therefore, the issue involved in the writ petition has become academic. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. No costs. 2.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, all pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of as infructuous.
