We find that this court has disposed of the Writ Petition No. 7504 of 2015 by passing the following order : " (i) We direct the parties shall remain present before the Revisional Authority on 27th August, 2015 at 2.30 p.m. The petitioner shall produce a photocopy of the revision application along with an authenticated copy of this order. The Revisional Authority shall endeavour to decide the revision application as expeditiously as possible in any event, before the end of the year 2015.

p7-cp-288.2016.sxw (ii) If the Revision Application already decided, a copy of the order passed on the revision application be forthwith supplied to the petitioner.

(iii) All contentions on merits are kept open. (iv) The petition is disposed of on above terms." 4.

It has been stated by the learned AGP on instructions, that the Revisional authority i.e. Revenue Minister has changed and another Minister has recently assumed the charge,in the circumstances, the order passed on 6.8.2015 in WP No. 7504 of 2014 could not be complied with within the time. A prayer for extension of time to comply with the order has made. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, we are inclined to dispose of this Contempt Petition by extending the period fixed in the said order by further period of two months from today. Petitioner to appear before the Revenue Minister on 28.9.2016 at 3.00 pm.

Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
