The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the parties have filed consent terms before Respondent No.1. It is submitted that though Second Appeal is pending for considerable period, Respondent No.1 is not hearing the said Appeal. Therefore, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the hearing of the said Appeal may be expedited. In the light of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, and since there is innocuous prayer seeking directions to Respondent No.1 to hear the pending Appeal, the end of justice would be met if the following order is passed :- A] Respondent No.1 is directed to hear and dispose of Second Appeal No.5788 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of 8 lgc
