P.C.:- Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, we deem it convenient to direct the Respondent No.4-District Resettlement Officer, Pune to dispose of the Petitioners' application dated 17th February, 2017 addressed to the Collector, Pune Resettlement Branch, Pune, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of Megha 1/2

Megha 30_wp_7445_2017.doc the matter and the Respondent No.4 shall decide the Petitioners' application independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable the Respondent No.4 to comply with this order the Petitioner shall remain present before the Respondent No.4 on 5.2.2018 alongwith copy of the said representation and copy of this order. The Petitioners are at liberty to file additional documents before the Respondent No.4.
